1.Master Production Equipment

The master production equipment includes DMS-8000 Burning System produced by Netherlands ODME Co., Ltd. and Electroforming equipment produced by DIGITAL MATRIX Co., Ltd. This system is of high precision and stable performance adopting PHOTORESIST Burning technology, thus the high quality of products and accuracy of information can be guaranteed. The life time of the master is over 40,000 times.

 2.CD and DVD Production Equipment

At present, the company has 10 most advanced CD&DVD double-head production line produced by German SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Company and 1 single-head CD production line produced by German KRAUSS MAFFEI Company, with monthly production capacity of various CD and DVD of 10 million pieces. Each production line is equipped with disk online inspection and automatic selection facility produced by German Dr.Schenk Industriemesstechnik Company. Our disk production level is competent to meet the quality requirement of “OEM” order in international world.

3 . Disk Printing Equipment

The company adopts two pieces of most advanced flat-printing offset equipment with 4-color and 4-driness produced by German Kaman Co., Ltd as well as four pieces of widely used 5-color silkscreen printing equipments produced by Taiwan Guanyin Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Hengji Co., Ltd. With top-ranking disk printing level both in silk-screen and offset-point, we have successfully provided exquisite disk products for numerous famous international and domestic companies.

4. Products Inspection

Several most authorized Swiss CD&DVD CATS off-line inspection system and one ECLIPSE format contrast system for data and documents are adopted to scan and test every information point in the compress disk. Each production line is equipped with the online inspection and automatic selection facilities of German Dr.Schenk Inspection System to inspect and select every disk online.
